Meet the Captain

Captain Justin Brunk, a true embodiment of the American spirit, hails from the picturesque Northeastern countryside of Glenwood, Maryland. His journey into the world of fishing began casting lines with his father and younger brother at a small pond, forging lifelong memories with each bluegill and bass caught at the end of their street.Bucking the conventional path of college, Justin delved into the world of hard work, honing his skills in construction, driving dump trucks, operating heavy equipment, and logging. Despite financial success and homeownership, he found himself yearning for something more fulfilling. Pondering the horizon of possibilities, he dared to dream of a life more adventurous, passionate, and aligned with his love for the sea. With determination coursing through his veins, Justin made a bold move. Renting out his house and condensing his life into a camper, he set course for Marathon in the Florida Keys. There, he embraced the saltwater breeze and found employment as a deckhand on a charter boat. Through years of tireless dedication and hard work, Justin not only mastered the intricacies of maritime life but also earned a sterling reputation for himself at Hawks Cay Resort. In a testament to his unwavering commitment, this young man from the Maryland countryside passed the test and received his master captain's license from the United States Coast Guard. From the tranquil ponds of Glenwood to the azure expanses of the Florida Keys, Captain Justin Brunk's journey is a saga of passion, perseverance, and the indomitable spirit that propels dreamers to chart their own course on the vast sea of possibilities. After the Florida keys, Justin moved to the quiet beach town of Flagler Beach with  his wife Denise. Shortly after they were blessed with their baby boy Everett, and thats how the name "Everett's Adventure" came to be.
